Art Designer Information Sheet
We hope you will participate in this year’s Kickin’ Cancer out of Texas event. This will be the 3rd year that Cancer Counseling will host this fundraiser. Your support and participation is vital to the success of the evening and we thank you for being a part of it. This sheet should answer most of your questions-but please feel free to call Elizabeth Wilson at 713-520-9873 with any questions or concerns.

Time: The event begins at 6:30 pm and ends at 10:00 pm, Designers should deliver their artwork to Cancer Counseling by January 31, 2010

Participation: $10 Entry Fee includes admission for one as a designer. Artwork will be decorated to display or as wearable art. Each item will be sold for a flat price of $100 during the night of the event and proceeds donated to Cancer Counseling, Inc.
Contest/Awards: 3 Categories: Children, Adult & Team. 3 awards given in each category.

The 13th Annual event was held on Thursday evening January 15, 2009 at the Houstonian Hotel.

Cancer Counseling will hold its 21st Annual Golf Tournament on Tuesday, May 18, 2010 at Tour 18 Golf Course, on 1960 in Humble.
The tournament will begin at noon with lunch provided by Texadelphia and followed by a shotgun start at 1:30 pm. After 18 holes of golf there will be a dinner, silent auction, and awards ceremony. Contact CCI for more information: 713-520-9873 or ewilson@cancercounseling.info

Patients and their families may request that a memorial or tribute card be sent in memory of a loved one or in honor of an occasion, with a donation.
